1. Dua for Lying Down and Rising
Bismika rabbee wadaAAtu janbee wabika arfaAAuh, fa-in amsakta nafsee farhamha, wa-in arsaltaha fahfathha bima tahfathu bihi AAibadakas-saliheen
In Your name, my Lord, I lie down and in Your name I rise. If You take my soul, have mercy upon it; if You return my soul, protect it as You protect Your righteous servants.
2. Dua for Forgiveness and Good Health
Allahumma innaka khalaqta nafsee wa-anta tawaffaha, laka mamatuha wamahyaha. In ahyaytaha fahfathha, wa-in amattaha faghfir laha. Allahumma innee as-alukal-AAafiyah.
O Allah, verily You have created my soul, and You shall take its life. To You belongs its life and death. If You keep my soul alive, protect it; if You take it, forgive it. O Allah, I ask You for good health.
二、The Power of Ayatul Kursi Before Sleep
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۚ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَالْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Allaahu laa ‘ilaaha ‘illaa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoom, laa ta’khuthuhu sinatun wa laa nawm, lahu maa fis-samaawaati wa maafil-‘ardh, man thal-lathee yashfa’u ‘indahu ‘illaa bi’ithnih, ya’lamu maa bayna ‘aydeehim wa maa khalfahum, wa laa yuheetoona bishay’im-min ‘ilmihi ‘illaa bimaa shaa’a, wasi’a kursiyyuhus-samaawaati wal’ardh, wa laa ya’ooduhu hifdhuhumaa, wa Huwal-‘Aliyyul-‘Adheem
Allah—there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

2. Recite the Last Two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah
Transliteration:
Alif-Lam-Meem. The Messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, and [so do] the believers. All believe in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers: “We make no distinction between any of His messengers.” And they say: “We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return.”
3. Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas
Surah Al-Ikhlas (112):
Qul huwa-llaahu aḥad. Allaahuṣ-ṣamad. Lam yalid wa lam yoolad. Wa lam yakul-lahu kufuwan aḥad.
Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.”
Surah Al-Falaq (113):
Qul a‛oodhu birabbil-falaq. Min sharri maa khalaq. Wa min sharri ghaasiqin idhaa waqab. Wa min sharrin-naffaathaati fil-‛uqad. Wa min sharri ḥaasidin idhaa ḥasad.
Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak. From the evil of that which He created. And from the evil of darkness when it settles. And from the evil of those who blow into knots. And from the evil of an envier when he envies.”
Surah An-Nas (114):
Qul a‛oodh-u birabbin-naas. Malikin-naas. Ilaahin-naas. Min sharril-waswaasil-khannaas. Alladhee yuwaswisu fee ṣudoorin-naas. Minal-jinnati wan-naas.
Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind. King of mankind. God of mankind. From the evil of the retreating whisperer. Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind. From among the jinn and mankind.”
