Ibn \u2018Abbas reported:<\/p>\n<div class=\"container-Uxvbjy md-box-line-break wrapper-GYqxgQ undefined\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWhen Prophet Ibrahim was thrown into the fire, he said: \u2018Allah (Alone) is sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.\u2019 Similarly, when the Messenger of Allah (\ufdfa) was told, \u2018A great army of the pagans has gathered against you\u2014fear them,\u2019 this warning only increased him and the Muslims in faith, and they said: \u2018Allah (Alone) is sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us).\u2019\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"header-iWP5WJ auto-hide-last-sibling-br\">When to Recite &amp; Benefits<\/h3>\n<div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Any Muslim knows Allah is the Most Merciful\u2014He alone can remove harm and relieve affliction. Reciting \u201cHasbunallahu Wa Nimal Wakeel\u201d is a powerful act of placing full trust in Allah, and it can be recited at any time, for any reason.<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-Uxvbjy md-box-line-break wrapper-GYqxgQ undefined\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">By declaring \u201cSufficient for us is Allah,\u201d you surrender your worries to Him, acknowledging that His plan is far greater than any you might conceive. Sometimes Allah\u2019s decrees differ from our desires, but they are always for our ultimate good.<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-Uxvbjy md-box-line-break wrapper-GYqxgQ undefined\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">Submitting to Allah\u2019s will and entrusting our affairs to Him lifts a heavy burden from our shoulders\u2014it is a form of spiritual healing. As the Qur\u2019an reminds us: \u201cAnd whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him.\u201d (65:3)<\/div>\n<div class=\"container-Uxvbjy md-box-line-break wrapper-GYqxgQ undefined\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"auto-hide-last-sibling-br paragraph-pP9ZLC paragraph-element br-paragraph-space\">This phrase is easy to remember, and inshallah, it will grant you great strength to overcome life\u2019s challenges\u2014pushing you toward success in this world and the Hereafter. May Allah (swt) bless us all with the faith to trust in Him fully.
