All\u0101h, in His infinite wisdom and knowledge, has ordained every event and created everything with precise measure and purpose. Nothing occurs outside of His control or knowledge. This belief requires a Muslim to trust in All\u0101h\u2019s wisdom, recognizing that every occurrence, whether understood or not, is part of His divine plan.<\/p>\n<p>As Shaykh Ibn al-\u2018Uthaymeen explained, Qadar has four levels:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong> Believing that All\u0101h knows all things, past, present, and future, as well as everything that could happen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Writing:<\/strong> All\u0101h has recorded everything that will happen in the Preserved Tablet (Al-Lawh Al-Mahf\u016b\u1e93).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Will:<\/strong> Everything that happens, happens by All\u0101h\u2019s will and permission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creation:<\/strong> All\u0101h is the Creator of all things, including people\u2019s actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All\u0101h says in the Qur\u2019an:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cIndeed, We have created all things with Qadar (predestination).\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014 <em>Surah Al-Qamar (54:49)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Belief in Preordainment (Qadar) is the understanding that everything in existence\u2014good or bad\u2014happens by All\u0101h\u2019s decree.
