All\u0101humma in kunta ta\u02bflamu an-na h\u0101dha-l-amra khayrul-l\u012b f\u012b d\u012bn\u012b wa ma\u02bf\u0101sh\u012b wa \u02bf\u0101qibati amr\u012b, faqdurhu l\u012b wa yassirhu l\u012b thumma b\u0101rik l\u012b f\u012bh\u012b, wa in kunta ta\u02bflamu anna h\u0101dha-l-amra sharrul-l\u012b f\u012b d\u012bn\u012b wa ma\u02bf\u0101sh\u012b wa \u02bf\u0101qibati amr\u012b, fa\u1e63rifhu \u02bfann\u012b wa\u1e63rifn\u012b \u02bfanhu waqdur liya-l-khayra \u1e25aythu k\u0101na thumma ar\u1e0din\u012b bih.<\/em><\/pre>\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center\">O Allah, I ask you for the best through Your knowledge, I seek strength through Your power, and I ask You from Your majestic benevolence. For You are fully able whilst I am not, You know everything whilst I do not know anything, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if in Your knowledge, this matter (specify the matter) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood and my ultimate destiny, then decree it for me and make it easy it for me, then bless it for me. But if in your knowledge, this matter (specify the matter) is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood and my ultimate destiny, then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it and decree good for me wherever it may be, then make me pleased with it.<\/pre>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">J\u0101bir\u00a0(ra\u1e0diy All\u0101hu \u2018anhu)\u00a0narrated: \u201cThe Messenger of Allah \ufdfa used to teach us istikh\u0101rah (when one seeks Allah\u2019s help in making a decision) for all matters, the same way he taught us S\u016brahs from the Qur\u2019\u0101n.
